Does exactly what its supposed to. No unneeded crap. Just the way I like it!

good. free. five stars.
I use it all the time to figure out the tempo for my beats in Reason and Cubase in my studio
Awesome to have on your phone so if you hear a song while youre out and wonder what bpm it is you can quickly open the app and find out. Great for producers and DJs.
The app description is unclear. All this app does is present a button that you can tap on to the beat of the music. It purports to then tell you the songs BPM. I was hoping I could play a song and it would tell me. I make playlists based on BPMs for workouts. I typically do this manually. On my limited testing the app was off by a few beats when compared with my manual method (play song, tap my finger to the beat for 30 seconds while watching a clock, then double the count. From years of experience I know my method is accurate. This app is not. However it is close and lot easier. If close is enough for you this app should be fine. Its not enough for me.
Its easy to use and really useful when making demos. I use it every time I make a demo at home just to make sure of the tempo. 5 stars!
is the best!
Simple and useful..
Usefully but bad interface.
As a music producer, I use Logic on my Mac to get the accurate BPM of a track but, when Im away from that, this app is perfect for getting me that ballpark BPM I need to start preproduction in my head. Its simply, never crashes, and Ive been using this for many years.
Cool
Easy to use. Does what it says.
Accurate and its free. :).
Stoked that its so small, and that its such a simple program. Its exactly what I was looking for!
If you derive the meanspeeds, so easily done with this fine, simple, *effective* app, try making done playlists based on speed as mean bpm. WELL DONE!!! /ian andrew schneider/
Perfect, simple, lightweight app that does exactly what it should and nothing more. Saves me a lot of time when chopping samples. The only thing that would be really great is if it could interface with Logic and GarageBand over Wifi or USB.
Exactly what I needed, thanks
Just what I needed. You guys (and/or girls) rock Thanks for making this and letting me have it for free!
Something is pretty broken about this app. I sat here tapping around 103bpm for 20 minutes and it would register as 99 or 104 but a value of 103 is somehow impossible in the developers universe.
good to help improve locking in a steady beat
